About Me
ABOUT ME
I am a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Jyväskylä, working as part of the ProAct project investigating the determinants of physical activity and sedentary behaviour in parent child diads. I also conduct regular research in collaboration with Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia, focusing on health psychology and behavioural medicine. This research is based on modelling the determinats of health behaviour, with a particular interest in dual process models of behaviour, investigating the extent to which behaviour is enacted automatically, and the situations and contexts which encourage automatic or deliberative responding.
